Review: Urban Decay Deluxe Shadow Box

Happy Sunday everyone. Today I have a review for you all. I really wanted to get this out while the product was still available and on sale because *spoiler alert*, I love it! I'm talking about the Urban Decay Deluxe Shadow Box. Look at the super cute packaging, eek!

Click the read more button for my full review!

Sephora recently put a few older Urban Decay palettes on sale, and I picked this one up for $10.00 on their website. I was worried that because the palette was so cheap, the pigmentation would be poor. But of course, as always, all of the shades were pigmented and smooth.

(Left row top to bottom: Zero, Honey, Underground, Scratch, Shag)
(Right row top to bottom: Fishnet, Ransom, Graffiti, Peace)

The palette features 9 gorgeous eye shadows: some neutrals, as well as some fun colors. It also came with two double-ended applicators and a mini Primer Potion. My favorite shadows are Fishnet (do you see that iridescence!), Shag and Scratch.

(Left: New mini Primer Potion | Right: Old mini Primer Potion)

Urban Decay's Primer Potion is my favorite eye shadow primer. I'm sure you've heard of it, so I won't get into too much detail. Basically it just keeps your eye shadow in place all day and helps prevent creasing, as well as making shadows stand out more by providing a nice base. I highly recommend giving their primer a try.

All in all, I am over the moon about this product. For $10, I got so many high end shadows as well as my all time favorite eye primer. Even though I may never touch the crazy colors (although now that I think about it, they would make some great Halloween looks...), the neutral shades are absolutely incredible. I give this palette a 9 out of 10.

Do any of these shadows look good to you? Leave a comment down below. Feedback is always appreciated.

Thank you for reading ♥
